Students currently enrolled in the Peralta Community College District can borrow materials with a student id card and current enrollment sticker.
BCC faculty and staff also have access. Please have an employee id card and employee id number so that we may verify your access.
All borrowers must provide their Student ID card at time of check-out.
Check-out period for books is 3 weeks with two 3 week renewals if no request has been placed on the item.
Check-out period for reserve materials is 2 hours..
Check-out period for media materials is 3 hours. [Chromebooks, DVDS and VHS cannot leave the library]
The following material does not circulate:
Patrons with overdue items or fines from any of the Peralta libraries will not be able to check-out additional items.
A standard replacement cost of price of item plus $25 will be charged for lost items..
Media and Reserve items returned late will be charged $1 for every hour an item is past due.
When library is open Items may be returned to the Circulation Desk.
When library is closed, items may be returned using the drop box located outside the library.
